 An RV must be a self-contained recreational vehicle according to RVIA standards. The permission of any RV that would like to enter the premises is at the sole discretion of the on-site manager. 

• Check-in time is anytime after 12p.m. (noon). If you need to arrive prior to, please pre-arrange with management at (337) 372-0000.  We will do our best to accommodaite your needs.
• Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. You are expected to have vacated the site by this time in order to allow site maintenance for the next camper. Guests that have not departed their site on time or notified management  can have their vehicles towed at owner’s expense.

Please notify management if you intend to have visitors at your site. River Bottom RV is not responsible for allocating your visitors vehicles. We allow 1 recreational vehicle and 1 guest or tow vehicle to be parked on your paid site.

Payments on reservations are paid in full at the time of booking in order to guarantee your stay. All paid reservations will receive a confirmation email or text stating your arrival and departure date. In order to alter or adjust your reservation, you must speak with management and receive an updated email or text stating your updated paid/refunded adjustments. Currently, reservation payments are  Call or text (337) 372-0000 with any changes or questions. 

 Cancellation Policy for Non-Special Event Rates:

• Cancellations made more than 3 days prior to your arrival date will receive a refund to your credit card less a $25.00 cancellation fee.
• Only 50% refund on cancellations made 3 days or less prior to your arrival date.
• NO REFUNDS, credits or prorating for early departures under any circumstances.
• NO REFUNDS or credits will be given to No Call / No Shows.

Cancellation Policy for Special Events & Holidays:

• Cancellations made more than 10 days prior to your arrival date will receive a refund to your credit card less a one night special event cancellation fee.
• Only 50% refund on cancellations made 10 days or less prior to your arrival date.
• NO REFUNDS, credits or prorating for early departures under any circumstances.
• NO REFUNDS or credits will be given to No Call / No Shows.

Dogs and cats are allowed, but are not to be left unattended at anytime outside or overnight. Dogs must be kept on a leash no longer than 6 ft. at all times. It is the pet owners responsibility to immediately clean up after their pets.  PLEASE be compliant with our pet policy and pick up all waste immediately. Failure to clean up after your pet will result in a $50 fine per violation. Aggressive or disruptive pets that disturb other will need to be removed from the resort by the owner. Please respect fellow guests.

Outgoing & Incoming mail service can be provided upon request. River Bottom RV is not responsible for any lost, damaged or missing packages and we do not forward any mail/packages received after your departure.  To arrange mail service, call or text (337) 372-0000. We will do our best to accommodate. 

Merryville Post Office is located at 3035 Hwy 110; Merryville, LA. Hours are Monday thru Friday 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.

River Bottom RV Management reserves the right to conduct site inspections throughout the resort at any time including, but not limited to, access to each and every site for landscaping and routine maintenance. 

Vehicle and RV washing/cleaning is allowed. Unfortunately, mechanical maintenance (oil change, etc.) is NOT permitted on River Bottom RV property. Management can provide contact information for a service/repair contact and RV washing services. 

Ground fires are NOT allowed on the individual RV Sites.  Fires are only allowed in the designated fire area. 

BBQ grills can be used on one’s site, but must be strictly watched over. 

Discharging firearms, firecrackers or other explosives of any kind is strictly prohibited, illegal and will result in immediate removal by state authorities. Only management are permitted to discharge fireworks for official event displays. Contact management at (337) 372-0000 for clarification.
